I think I'm being followed

- Trust your instincts (SPARC). If you feel you're in danger, call 911.
- Say where you are first (911.gov). Then tell the call-taker what's happening, what the person or vehicle looks like, and which way they went (Seattle Police Department).
- Stick to well-lit, well-traveled streets (NC Department of Public Safety).
If it keeps happening. Being followed again and again can be stalking. Write down each time it happens (SPARC). See Someone is stalking or threatening me.
